Our Story
Founded in 1988, Integrated Healthcare Auditing and Services (IHAS) began as a small, woman and minority owned business with a bold vision: to bring clarity, accountability, and compassion into a rapidly changing healthcare system.
What started with a focus on hospital bill auditing, case management, and utilization review has grown into a trusted partner for federal, state, and local agencies, health systems, and private sector organizations nationwide. For more than 35 years, IHAS has supported clients like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene with innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Today, IHAS remains rooted in its promise — "I Have A Solution."
Our Mission
At IHAS, our mission is to help organizations and communities navigate the complexities of healthcare and long-term care with integrity and expertise. We provide the tools, people, and insights needed to:
